Who We Are
Vermont Fresh Pasta has been producing fresh bulk and retail pastas, ravioli, sauces, and pestos since 1992.
Founders Ken and Tricia Jarecki came from a restaurant background having built, owned, and operated Powderhounds Restaurant, a Killington locals favorite from 1987-1997. They understood the challenges and needs of today’s culinary professionals, and were proud to play a part in their vision, creativity, and culinary statement.
In 2022, after 30 years of business, Ken & Tricia have turned over the pasta reins to the new owner, Chad Brosher, to continue their vision.
The facility is located in Proctorsville, Vermont.
