We offer a full line of fresh bulk ravioli, pastas, and sauces for restaurant use as well as a retail line of fresh pasta, ravioli, and sauces for the chef at home.

We use the finest all natural ingredients. Our fresh pasta is made with durum and semolina flour, pasteurized eggs, sea salt, vegetables, herbs, and spices.

Our fresh ravioli are stuffed with an artesian whole milk low moisture Impastata Ricotta blended with Vermont award-winning Mascarpone and other delicious ingredients to produce a rich creamy filling which defines Vermont Fresh Ravioli.

Faithful to Tradition, our fresh pasta and ravioli are made to order using handcrafted, Old World techniques – pasta as it was meant to be!
